I am passionate about the WASH sector as I can see that, with my job I can ensure that my communities get to understand WASH in a better way.

I really like my current work because it can help more people in Cambodia especially in remote areas to improve their knowledge, health and income generation through good practice on Water, Sanitation and hygiene.

Background

I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering department. Along my college way, I joined a few competitions and trainings on WASH which helped to shape me to be here.

Working in WASH sector always impresses me. I had never experienced the limitation of safe and clean drinking water access till I was assigned to work on a project in one province in Cambodia and that’s a time when I can see the difficulties that people who cannot access clean water face. Since then, I am alway passionate about working in WASH sector.
