To contribute to the Rural Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene (RWSS) Sector envisions “Everyone in rural communities has sustained access to safe water supply and sanitation services, and lives in a hygienic environment by 2025” . I am willing to work in providing WASH Capacity building part to National, Subnational level and WASH implementer through providing training, consulting and supporting them to deliver WASH training effectively.
Background
November 2019 to present : WASH Skill Development Organization in the role of WASHSDO coordinator.
10 years experience on managing training budgets and helping WASH Team to prepare for training and ensure that all training material is ready.
Build effective working relationships and maintain collaboration with Government Departments, NGOs, CBO and private sector level especially in the area of WASH.
Develop training needs assessment, training materials and design training programs, including curricula, modules, and training manuals.
Provide consulting support to NGO clients during the course of project
